Sandeep Reddy ChillakuriCo-Founder, Director
Sandeep has strategy experience in a wide variety of industries and he has helped Fortune 100 companies develop and implement strategies for growth. He has over 10 years of Solar PV experience in advisory, planning, design, strategic initiatives and team building.
Sandeep is known for his immense curiosity, rationality and thirst for knowledge.
Sandeep has a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He is also a Certified Solar Installer.

Rajyalakshmi KolaCo-Founder, Director
Raj was named one of the “most influential Solar Energy Leaders: in 2015. She brings with her research experience in Construction Management Techniques and Infrastructure Asset Management. Raj has 10 years of Solar PV Experience in advisory, project management, design and execution.
Raj is an avid Crossfitter and dancer.
Raj has a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT-Madras and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. She is also a Certified Solar Installer.

Arjun Varma PenumatsaCo-Founder, Director
Arjun has over 8 years of Solar PV experience in sourcing, procurement, strategic partnerships and resource management. He is great at inspiring his team to provide high quality customer service and project execution.
Arjun loves the outdoors and strives to live a sustainable, low-carbon footprint life everyday.
Arjun has a B.Tech in Electrical and Communication Engineering from VNR VJIET and an an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ohio State University. He is also a Certified Solar Installer.

Alaknanda RenukuntlaBusiness Development and Strategy
Alak brings with her ten years of business strategy and growth experience. She has worked across several industries in three geographies (India, USA and Germany). She has always served in customer-facing roles and her strengths lie in process improvement, team culture building, analytics, branding and marketing strategy.
Alak loves the small wonders of life, learning new languages and discovering new cultures.
She has a B.S in Chemical Engineering and a B.A in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from INSEAD.
